Care

Wash with a sulfate-free shampoo and moisturizing conditioner.
Detangle gently from the ends upward and avoid heavy products that cause buildup.
Use a lightweight serum for softness and shine.
Apply heat protectant before using a hot comb, straightener or other heated tool.
For flyaways, use a small amount of wax stick and smooth gently.

Shipping

Orders are generally processed within 3–7 business days after payment is confirmed. Processing time does not include shipping time.

During sales, holidays or restock periods, processing may take additional business days. Custom units and preorder items may require an additional 7–14 business days.

Returns

Because wigs, hair extensions and lace products are personal-use items, all sales are generally final for hygiene and safety reasons.

If an item arrives incorrect, defective or damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos or video. The item must remain unused, unwashed, uninstalled and unaltered, with the lace uncut, for review.

Do not send an item back without written authorization. This policy does not limit mandatory consumer rights.
